The four-year anticipated wait for the sequel to 2018’s Black Panther, “Wakanda Forever”, is officially over with the recently released movie now being available for all MCU fans to enjoy. Despite the loss of Chadwick Boseman, who is credited for bringing so much life into the character of T’Challa, the sequel managed to pay great respect while setting up the future of the franchise.
Now that the sequel has been released to the world, members of the production from the film are now taking to the internet to reveal some early designs, revealing alternative looks that never made the final cut. Similar to projects such as Thor: Love and Thunder, where a recent concept design for Gorr’s Daughter, Love, was published online via MCU designers.
Early ‘Attuma’ Design For Wakanda Forever
The latest design to hit the web is none other than Alex Livinalli’s character, Attuma, an ally to Namor but a future villain, in the comics that is. Meanwhile, in the MCU, Attuma is still very much an ally to Namor but has shown major signs that he has no plans for mercy toward Talokan-outsiders.
Concept artist Josh Nizzi, also known as ‘joshnizzi.art‘ on Instagram, released the early designs only hours prior to the writing of this article. See below for the original post on his Instagram page, showcasing the absolutely stunning “hammerhead shark headpiece”, along with the rest of Attuma’s attire.
