Harry Potter’s Daniel Radcliffe is reportedly joining the cast of Marvel Studios’ Deadpool 3 in a “top secret” role alongside Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman.
Deadpool 3 is already set to feature more cameos and actors from past Marvel franchises than any other live-action MCU movie yet, and that’s just counting the confirmed castings.

Reynolds’ Wade Wilson seems to be the mutant for the job when it comes to debuting the entire 20th Century Fox X-Men universe into the MCU, the studio now being called 20th Century Studios since Disney’s merger.
However, it’s also highly likely that director Shawn Levy, Reynolds, and Jackman will all be thinking up fun cameos to feature during the movie.
Daniel Radcliffe Cast In Deadpool 3?
According to industry inside tipster Daniel Richatman aka Daniel RPK, Radcliffe has been cast in a top “secret role” in Deadpool 3.

This casting has yet to be confirmed by the cast and crew of the movie itself, however, casting reports from the aforementioned insider tend to be fairly accurate.
Just be sure to take this casting report with a pinch of salt.
Could He Be Playing Wolverine’s Variant?
For years now fans of the MCU have fan cast Radcliffe as the iconic Wolverine, something that is now more than possible due to its variant-filled multiverse saga.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe has been known for its fan service moments over the years, but would Reynolds and Jackman be nice enough to do this with Radcliffe, or could the Harry Potter star be playing somebody else entirely?

Will fans perhaps get to see a live-action Jackman-Wolverine versus Radcliffe-Wolverine? Could Radcliffe be officially joining the MCU as a long-running character?
Only time will tell, it’s safe to assume that casting for roles in Deadpool 3 would have taken place prior to the ongoing WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes.
Once the strikes come to a reasonable resolution, the development and production of titles such as this can resume, and official announcements will increase.
Deadpool 3 releases in theatres on May 3, 2024.
