Daniel Craig has been busy as of late, promoting the highly anticipated ‘Knives Out’ sequel known as ‘Glass Onion’, which is currently streaming on Netflix.
However, during a recent interview with ComicBook, their very own Brandon Davis managed to ask Daniel Craig a quick question about the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Some context; Daniel Craig was rumoured to be playing Balder The Brave in Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which was a character that almost made it into the final cut.
However, Daniel Craig has remained quite persistent that he had no connection to the character, despite the fact that his name has been tied to the cut cameo from countless sources.
Daniel Craig Responds
In a recent interview over at ComicBook, Daniel Craig quickly shared some light on his thoughts when it comes to the massively successful superhero franchise.
Brandon Davis from CB first asks Craig if he has ever had a “conversation” with Marvel Studios while continuing to also ask if the MCU would be “a world” he’d be “interested in living in”.
“I should be so lucky”

Although Brandon Davis asked quite a fair amount of questions in regard to the MCU, Craig shied away from the discussion with a short response of “I should be so lucky”, having nothing else to say on the matter.
Balder The Brave
If you are wondering who his rumoured character was in Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, then look no further.
Balder the Brave is actually a fellow Asgardian, a fellow Odinson too, which many of you may know from Norse Mythology or modern adaptations of the character; yes, Thor’s brother.
However, we haven’t seen a Balder in the main MCU universe, which could explain why he was removed from the final cut of the film. Unless they are just saving his appearance for a future project, we will all just have to wait and see.
