Daredevil: Born Again has officially been spotted filming publicly in Yonkers, New York, with details that the cast and crew will be filming in Yonkers until Friday this week, as of writing this article. It was reported earlier this year that the new Daredevil series would commence production on March 6, 2023, which seems to be the case, as filming in Yonkers officially began yesterday according to News 12.
Despite filming now being at least two days in, no cast members have been spotted as of yet, or at least none that can be found online, with details being kept tightly under wraps as to what is being filmed. It has already been speculated online that the location currently being used may be for some courtroom scenes.

In the news report from News 12, various shots of video footage from the public filming location can be seen for Daredevil: Born Again, with the reporter stating that “Yonkers is going to Hollywood”.
Various angles of cranes holding up huge lights for the set can be seen during the video, with confirmation that filming is currently taking place outside of the Mayor’s office in Yonkers.
This location certainly gives off vibes from the Netflix era of Charlie Cox’s Daredevil, as the building currently being filmed around could easily be used in the series as a courthouse for some Matt Murdock screen time. It was recently revealed that Deborah Ann Woll’s Karen Page and Elden Henson’s Foggy Nelson will not be returning for Daredevil: Born Again, however, Charlie Cox has already been spotted in New York.
Filming will be taking place from the beginning of this week to the end of this week, meaning that there are two full days left of filming before the cast and crew move on to the next location. It could be possible that the location is just being used for some exterior shots, although fans still may get to see some cast members arriving to shoot some footage for the series. Speculation that a courtroom scene being filmed is justified due to the courtroom being available for filming purposes inside the building.

In this new look at the Daredevil: Born Again yonkers set, three cranes can be seen holding up lights to light up the upper side of the building, the Mayor’s Office, which also has a courtroom inside.
The lights all seem to be facing one specific area of a window on the outer side of the building, possibly meaning that a big filming sequence is set to happen.
