They’ve done it, Disney and Lucasfilm’s marketing team have finally given Star Wars Rebels fans the one thing they’ve been waiting to get a glimpse of from the Ahsoka series – Hayden Christensen’s Anakin Skywalker, of course.

In a newly released TV spot for the upcoming Ahsoka series for Disney+, Christensen’s Anakin Skywalker aka Darth Vader can be heard talking and mastering Rosario Dawson’s Ahsoka Tano from what sounds to be a flashback.
“In this war, you will face more than just droids” is the first line heard from Christensen’s Anakin Skywalker while talking to Ahsoka, he then continues to say “As your master, it’s my responsibility to prepare you.”
How do we know he is speaking to Ahsoka Tano in the new promotional teaser? Anakin Skywalker’s last line in the spot is “Don’t be afraid, you know you can do this Ahsoka.” Confirming that he is indeed providing Ahsoka with advice.
Ahsoka: Clone Wars Referenced By Anakin Skywalker
Will Dawson’s Ahsoka fight Christensen’s Anakin Skywalker in live-action?
As heard in the latest Ahsoka TV spot that features Christensen, Anakin Skywalker can be heard directly referencing The Clone Wars while talking to Ahsoka Tano.
Many have theorised online in the past that Star Wars fans will get to see the epic duel between Ahsoka Tano and Anakin Skywalker aka Darth Vader in live-action for the first time during the episodes of the upcoming Disney+ series.

This new TV spot further fuels those theories as it flat out confirms that there will indeed be a presence of flashback-type scenes, at least dialogue, as theorised.
Ahsoka premieres with two episodes on August 23 on Disney+
