Fox Entertainment and Bento Box are officially developing a new animated series titled HAVOC! about a supervillain who needs to form a team after trying to take over the world.
HAVOC! will be the newest addition to the many animated shows that have been brought to life by Fox Entertainment over the years, such as Family Guy, The Simpsons, Bob’s Burgers, Futurama, and many more beloved titles.
Deadline broke the news today about the new project, with the plot description:
“a brilliant, egotistical super-villain who starts from scratch in his latest attempt to take over the world, forming a ragtag team of eccentric misfits to help him on his quest.”
“Together, they navigate the challenges of the world around them, which is far more difficult when you’re working out of the basement of your one-bedroom apartment building.”
This new show from Fox Entertainment and Bento Box comes from television writer Michael Glouberman and CRE84U, which is the production company co-founded by The Simpsons’ Nancy Cartwright, along with Monica Gil-Rodriguez (Borrego) and Jamie Aymerich (Julie and the Phantoms).
A release date for HAVOC! has not yet been announced, with the show most likely only being in early development over at Fox Entertainment.
