Hugh Jackman, as many will know by now, is returning as Logan aka Wolverine for the tenth official time alongside Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool in Marvel Studios’ 2024 movie, Deadpool 3, making the third Deadpool instalment both Jackman and Reynolds’ first MCU appearance since their days at 20th Century Fox.
When fans think of Wolverine, they tend to think of Jackman’s iconic performances since his debut in the 2000 film X-Men, where he played the character for the first time. Jackman brought a lot of memorable lines and moments to the big screen over time, however, his workout and dieting methods to bulk up for the role may be one of the most talked about things outside of the theatre.
Hugh Jackman’s Latest Wolverine Training Update?
In a new social post, Jackman can be seen holding up a ‘crush and color’ Ryan Reynolds book, which is a book that contains multiple colouring pages that contains a drawing of Reynolds, each page with a different drawing.
However, if you look beyond this hilarious and somewhat surprising revelation made by Jackman, you may just spot the current size of Jackman’s arms in preparing for the production of Deadpool 3 beginning later this year.
You can see the image above, which quietly reveals the current size of Jackman’s arms, months into his training for Deadpool 3 while also being months away from production beginning this summer.
Jackman has been vocal in the last few months that he wants to get bigger than he’s ever been in his previous adaptations of the Wolverine character, which seems to be the case judging by his recent social posts.
The training regime Jackman is currently going through will seemingly last for around 4 to 6 months, roughly, as opposed to the typical 1 to 3 months superhero actors get to bulk up.
Deadpool 3 is currently set to release in theatres on November 8, 2024.
