Wake up DC fans, today’s the day that James Gunn and Peter Safran finally unveil all the new details of their future plan for DC Studios over at Warner Bros. Pictures. It was said yesterday, which was the 30th of January as of writing this article, that a private press event was held one day before the official and public reveal of the new DC slate. It was confirmed by James Gunn in 2022 that the official update on DC Studios would be sometime before the end of January, however, the update will be coming on the last day of January. So, Gunn may have literally meant the last day of the month when he said that it would be by the end of the first month in 2023.
Nevertheless, it’s time to see what James Gunn and Peter Safran have been cooking up these past few months, with reveals that Henry Cavill and Dwayne Johnson won’t be reprising their roles as Superman and Black Adam, it’s safe to assume that the reveals tonight will be something you won’t want to miss. The film will feature the son of Bruce Wayne, Damian Wayne, also known as Robin.
