It’s no secret that Peter Pan & Wendy hasn’t been the most positively received live-action remake from Disney, with a current audience score of 12% on Rotten Tomatoes, rated by over 5000 users.
The low score makes the new remake the worst audience-rated score the site has seen yet in regard to all of Disney’s previous remakes of original animated classics.
However, a recent report by The Direct revealed that Rotten Tomatoes had officially removed the low audience score of Peter Pan & Wendy just yesterday Friday, May 12th.
As of writing, the audience score has now been made visible, with the majority of the user’s ratings ranging from 1/2 star to 1-star reviews, collectively bringing the score to a total of 12%, as mentioned previously.
It has been speculated that the removal had no relation to the low score itself, but more due to the fact that the site’s listing for Peter Pan & Wendy was being review bombed, with an extremely large number of ratings being posted in bad taste.
As said, the audience score has now been made visible again, with the score remaining the same, if not less, than prior to the reported information that Rotten Tomatoes had removed it from the public eye.
Peter Pan & Wendy is now streaming on Disney Plus.
