Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Ant-Man 3, will be Marvel Studios’ first Phase 5 movie, and will add more backstory to The Kang Dynasty. It will be Jonathan Majors’ second MCU project, after previously portraying He Who Remains, a variant of Kang the Conqueror.
After two trailers for this blockbuster were shown at 2022’s SDCC and D23 Expo, we are finally about to get some real footage. Here’s all about it.
Ant-Man 3 Cast And Crew Confirm Trailer News
Industry insider Daniel RPK reported that our first look at Quantumania was set to release today. However, he did not have an exact time for its release.
The official @AntMan account on Twitter teased “Tiny BIG things coming…”.
Now, you might think it might just be a new comic book series, or something else. But shortly after this post, actor Kathryn Newton (who portrays Cassie Lang) retweeted it. This is conclusive proof that the tweet was regarding Quantumania‘s marketing.
If this wasn’t enough, Quantumania director Peyton Reed tweeted a cropped image of Avengers #46’s cover.
“Fasten your safety belts, true believers… ’cause Ant-Man is BACK… and HOW!!

If THAT wasn’t enough proof for you, brace yourselves. Walt Disney Studios President of Marketing, Asad Ayaz, rubbed the tease in our faces!
Here’s a quick rundown of the confirmations we got for this teaser.
- Daniel RPK, an industry insider
- Ant-Man’s official Twitter handle.
- Peyton Reed, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’s director
- Kathryn Newton, who plays Cassie Lang
- Asad Ayaz, Walt Disney Studios President of Marketing
So When Is The Teaser Coming Out?
In an interview with One Take News last month, producer Brian Gay mentioned that we “will have more coming in the fall”. You can read our breakdown on that here. In our analysis, we mentioned that our first look at Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania would release in late October, and lo behold, here it comes. Our best guess for the teaser is October 25, because Black Panther: Wakanda Forever‘s premiere is incoming. Marvel usually plays their upcoming trailers along with movies playing in theaters, as was the case with Spider-Man: No Way Home and Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness.
Another theory is that the teaser could premiere during tonight’s Monday Night Football, which will be broadcasted on ESPN. Guess what else will be broadcasted on ESPN? Our next look at Black Panther: Wakanda Forever! The release time should be around 9 PM ET/6 PM PT/6:30 AM IST.
