Marvel’s release schedule is more tightly packed than ever, with more than 10 projects set to release in 2023! Their Blade project has undergone some recent developments, leading to its director, Bassam Tariq, leaving the project; and a pause in pre-production. Shortly after this, Marvel Studios announced the delay of 4 MCU movies, which are listed below.
Marvel Delays Blade, Secret Wars, And More
In yet another update to their release schedule, Marvel Studios has delayed 4 of their upcoming movies to give Blade some room to breathe, and space out their release schedule. Blade has moved to September 6, 2024, from its November 3, 2023, release date. The untitled Deadpool 3 is moving to November 8, 2024, from Sept. 6, 2024. Matt Shakman’s Fantastic Four has been pushed back to Feb. 14, 2025, from Nov. 8, 2024. Avengers: Secret Wars has moved to May 1, 2026, from Nov. 7, 2025
