Chloe Bennet, who is well known for starring as Daisy Johnson, aka Quake, in Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., recently shared her thoughts on the idea of reprising the mentioned role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Despite the mass popularity that Bennet’s onscreen Marvel character obtained throughout the many years that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. lasted, Quake still remains unseen in the overall MCU, however, Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury still remains a prominent key player, with theories that his fellow S.H.I.E.L.D. agents may pop up in projects such as Secret Invasion, such as Bennet’s Quake, Clark Gregg’s Coulson, and Ming-Na Wen’s Melinda May – just to name a few.
Chloe Bennet Wants To Play Quake Again
While talking to Screen Rant about the third season of Dave, Bennet was asked if she would be open to returning to Marvel, specifically the MCU, to which she responded with:
“Of course. Of course, I would be open to it. Listen, there’s a lot of stuff around that. I so deeply love S.H.I.E.L.D.’s fans because it’s this tenacity that got the show on air to begin with.”

Bennet continued to state that she is not involved in anything Marvel-related as of writing this article, and has yet to be asked to return, potentially destroying the remaining fans’ hope that her character would appear in Secret Invasion:
“I have not once been approached or asked or involved in anything after I wrapped S.H.I.E.L.D. And I am not involved in anything that is coming out. I’ve not been asked, but I would be more than excited to put on the suit again. And, of course, of course, Daisy is a big part of who I am. So I would love to, but I have not been communicated [with] about it.”
Will Quake Return To The MCU?
Whether or not Bennet has been asked to return, which some fans still may not believe simply due to the sworn secrecy that MCU cast members to adhere to, it’s safe to say that Quake won’t be coming back anytime soon, especially for Marvel Studios’ upcoming Disney+ series Secret Invasion.

Unless this is all one big act and Bennet knows more than what she’s letting on, which has been seen in the past with MCU cast members such as Andrew Garfield who lied in various interviews in regard to returning as Spider-Man for Spider-Man: No Way Home, alongside Charlie Cox who also kept quiet about returning to play Matt Murdock, aka Daredevil, for the same movie, She-Hulk, and even an 18-episode series entitled Daredevil: Born Again that’s set to release sometime in 2024.
