Just as the first DLC pack for Mortal Kombat 1, a total of 6 playable characters and 5 Kameo characters have been reportedly revealed that make up the full roster for the game’s “Kombat Pack 2”, which you can see all listed below listed in order from playable to Kameo characters.
Noob Saibot (Playable)
Bi-Han aka Sub-Zero who later became Noob Saibot is the first name reportedly included in the second Kombat Pack for Mortal Kombat 1.
According to the list of names, Noob Saibot will be added as a playable character.
It looks like Kano could be heading to Mortal Kombat 1 as a playable character after all according to the newly reported list of DLC 2’s list of fighters.
Kano has been revealed so far, officially, to be among the list of Kameo characters that players can use on the side, however, they are not fully playable characters.
This has led to speculation that Kano is intended to be more sidelined this time around, speculation that may be proved wrong if this new rumour has any weight to it.
Quan Chi’s personal assassin Sareena has been reportedly revealed to be a playable character in NetherRealm Studios’ 2023 Mortal Kombat 1 game.
Doom Slayer aka Doomguy (Playable)
Doom Slayer aka Doomguy from the Doom game series has been reportedly revealed to be a playable character in Mortal Kombat 1. Something many gamers have longed to see become a reality – Doomguy taking on Homelander? Yes, please.
If true, this would mean just as mentioned above that Mortal Kombat 1 players will be given the opportunity to play as Doomguy against the many confirmed characters.
Harley Quinn (Playable)
Another fan favourite amongst the Mortal Kombat and DC fandom, Harley Quinn has also been tipped to be joining the upcoming instalment as a playable character.
NetherRealm Studios are known for often adding DC characters such as the Joker as well as including DC-themed skins for pre-existing characters.
Harley Quinn herself was even added as an inspired skin for Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade’s daughter Cassie in Mortal Kombat 11.
John Cena’s Peacemaker is also coming to Mortal Kombat 1, potentially meaning that the potential Harley Quinn may bare some resemblance to Margot Robbie’s version.
According to the new list of names, fellow DC character Deathstroke aka Slade Wilson will also be joining the roster of DLC playable fighters in Mortal Kombat 1.
Rain, who was recently confirmed by NetherRealm Studios to be a part of the main playable roster for Mortal Kombat 1, will reportedly be available as a Kameo character attached in the second DLC for the game.
Drahmin who made his debut in the franchise in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance was listed as an upcoming Kameo character included in the DLC 2 for Mortal Kombat 1.
Bo Rai Cho (Kameo)
Mortal Kombat character Bo Rai Cho has also been tipped to be joining the DLC roster of Kameo character names for NetherRealm Studios’ Mortal Kombat 1.
Included in the list of Kameo character names was Moloch, an Oni from the Netherrealm who could be the new massive character judging by Goro’s height loss.
Hsu Hao (Kameo)
Lastly, the evil Hsu Hao was also listed as a Kameo character to be included in the “Kombat Pack 2” for NetherRealm Studios’ Mortal Kombat 1.
These details have not been confirmed by the team behind the upcoming Mortal Kombat game and all details should be taken with a pinch of salt.
Mortal Kombat 1 releases on September 19 on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X and Series S, and Microsoft Windows.
