Potential spoilers for Agatha: Coven of Chaos inside.
Debra Jo Rupp who starred in Marvel Studios’ WandaVision as Mrs. Hart alongside Elizabeth Olsen is set to reprise her role in the sequel season Agatha: Coven of Chaos.
Her character is nothing more than one of the trapped citizens of Westview who is later freed when Olsen’s Scarlet Witch lifts her chaos-magic-filled spell.

Agatha’s Secret Helper Mrs. Hart Revealed?
According to the latest DanielRPK MCU rumour, Debra Jo Rupp’s Mrs. Hart from WandaVision will be a member of Agatha Harkness’ coven in Coven of Chaos.
This could potentially suggest that Hart was a witch the whole time throughout the episodes of WandaVision, secretly helping Agatha without anyone even knowing.

Unless Agatha recruits her as it wouldn’t be the hardest pitch seeing that Hart has been a victim of spells in the past and may want to learn how to defend herself properly.
It’s currently unclear as to why or when Rupp’s Hart joined Agatha’s coven with this also not yet being confirmed by the cast and crew of Agatha: Coven of Chaos.
As mentioned, Rupp has been confirmed to be returning as Mrs. Hart for what she calls the second season of WandaVision, so the potential is definitely there.
Agatha: Coven of Chaos does not have a scheduled release date yet.
