4 months before its worldwide release, a new cast member for Marvel Studios’ Echo has been revealed. It is set to release shortly after the second season of Loki, which releases in October this year.
According to stunt double Steven Shelby’s resume on StuntPOC.com, he worked as the stunt double of Juwan Lakota in Echo.
Steven Shelby is not new to working with Marvel Studios. His credits include Ms. Marvel, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and most recently, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

Juwan Lakota is most well-known for his TikTok page, which has amassed over 430K followers. On IMDb, Lakota only seems to have acted once before his MCU entrance, titled Cowboy Currency.
Details regarding Juwan Lakota’s role in the series are currently under wraps, along with plot details. We do know that Echo will feature the titular character coming to terms with her past, reconnecting with her Native American roots, and embracing her family and community.
The cast of the Hawkeye spinoff currently includes Alaqua Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio, Zahn McClarnon, Charlie Cox, Chaske Spencer, Tantoo Cardinal, Devery Jacobs, Cody Lightning, and Graham Greene
When & Where Will ‘Echo’ Release?
Following a very troubled production and multiple release updates, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has confirmed that all 6 episodes of Echo will premiere on Disney+ on November 29.
