Riri Williams, aka Ironheart, will be the next new ‘young avenger’ to be introduced to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Ironheart takes inspiration from Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, in the Marvel Comics / MCU. Her first appearance is set to be in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever with a Disney Plus series to release in 2023.
Shuri will seemingly be taking on Riri as her apprentice, mentoring Riri’s passion for technology. However, it seems that Riri first makes a DIY version of her ‘Mark 1’ suit before heading to Wakanda. We will likely be treated to two Ironheart suits during Black Panther 2, the DIY and Wakanda suits.

You should be able to see the tweet below that has the new clip attached, showing Riri being blasted away while testing her suit.
This is almost identical to the time Tony Stark spent long hours in his lab testing his early versions of the Iron Man suit.
