Quantumania and Kang are coming, and their coming soon.
Despite us seeing Jonathan Majors appear as Kang in the first season of Loki, we have yet to see his upcoming variant who will play a large part in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. However, we have seen his new version of the character in some snippets of the trailers and promotional art, with new art being released just hours prior to writing this article.
New Quantumania Promo Art Released
Disney and Marvel Studios have released some pretty cool promotional art, which clearly features Johnathan Majors as the new variant of Kang that the Avengers should all be worried about!
Although this Kang will indeed be more sinister than the last variant we got to see, that doesn’t confirm that this variant will be the Kang who will end up facing the Avengers in ‘Kang Dynasty’. That’s just the joys of the multiverse, and especially when it comes to Kang as he has met so many different versions of himself as confirmed in the Loki series.
We will also be getting a brand new sneak peek at the film on the 9th of January during the National College Football Championship game, so don’t forget to keep your eyes peeled for that one. When Does Ant-Man 3 Come Out?
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is currently set to release in theatres on the 17th of February of this year, kicking off the fifth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The multiverse has only just begun over in the MCU, with the 4th phase including a bunch of multiverse madness plus references throughout the series of films and tv shows. The fifth phase is starting to look like we should only expect things to get more wild and more multiversal for the following years of releases.
