Newly rumoured details suggest that Tom Holland’s stunt double may have spilt the beans in regard to being involved in the upcoming MCU movie Captain America: Brave New World formerly known as Captain America: New World Order.
The discussion sparked when an image reportedly posted by one of Tom Holland’s stunt doubles seemingly revealed the new details.
However, the cast and crew of Captain America: Brave New World has neither confirmed nor debunked this as of the writing of this article.
This would come as a bit of a surprise as Holland recently announced he would be taking around a year’s break from acting post-The Crowded Room‘s release.
It’s possible for Marvel Studios to include a quick cameo of a suited Spidey in Captain America: Brave New World. This could easily be done without the need for Holland to actually be needed on set technically.
However, as mentioned, nothing has been confirmed as of yet. The Captain America sequel already contains a wide range of both returning and new characters. The inclusion of another cameo as big as Spider-Man could be considered unnecessary.
Captain America: Brave New World releases on May 3, 2024.
