Marvel’s 2023 slate is set to be massive, with over 10 projects set to release this year. From Kraven The Hunter to Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3, we can’t wait to see how the universe expands even further.
USA Today released new stills from movies set to be released later this year, including new looks at Marvel’s Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania, Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3, and Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse.
Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania
Hank Pym (Michael Douglas, from left), Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) explore the mysteries of the Quantum Realm in the Marvel superhero film.
Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3
Drax (Dave Bautista, from left), Mantis (Pom Klementieff), Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) and Nebula (Karen Gillan) are on a new adventure to protect the universe in the concluding chapter to James Gunn’s Marvel cosmic trilogy.
Speaking with GQ, Dave Bautista said that it’s “a relief” for his era as Drax to be over, confirming that this will be the character’s last MCU appearance.
“I’m so grateful for Drax. I love him. But there’s a relief [that it’s over]. It wasn’t all pleasant. It was hard playing that role. The makeup process was beating me down. And I just don’t know if I want Drax to be my legacy – it’s a silly performance, and I want to do more dramatic stuff.”
Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse
Miles Morales (voiced by Shameik Moore, left) reunites with Gwen Stacy (Hailee Steinfeld) and introduces her to his parents (Luna Lauren Velez and Brian Tyree Henry) in the animated superhero sequel.
