Marvel Studios’ Werewolf By Night will officially introduce the MCU to more and more monsters, including our beloved Jack Rusell and Man-Thing. Early reactions for this special are overwhelmingly positive, setting our hopes even higher. After a fan on Twitter asked Director Michael Giacchino if we would get another trailer for the special, he said:
“I don’t believe so, but fear not, you’ll be able to see the whole thing in just a couple weeks!“
New Stills From Werewolf By Night Released
Empire Magazine has released three new stills from Werewolf By Night, featuring Jack Russell, Elsa Bloodstone, and Verussa.
In an interview by Empire, Director and Composer Michael Giacchino said that he really missed making movies, since he was occupied as the composer for Doctor Strange, the MCU Spider-Man Trilogy, and Thor: Love And Thunder.
“When I was a kid growing up, all I did was make movies, when I got into my career, doing music for video games, which led to television, which led to films, none of that was planned. And there came a point where I was like, ‘I really miss making movies.'”
He once had a conversation with Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige about his future in the MCU.
“Kevin said, ‘What would you like to do?’, I mentioned Werewolf By Night; and he
looked at me, like, ‘Wait, really?'”
Notice how the only thing in this shot which has colour, is the red-coloured rock, possibly being the Bloodstone.
Michael revealed that his nephew saw the special recently, probably at early screenings, and couldn’t sleep later that night.
“Kevin and I would talk about this idea of fun horror, my nephew watched it recently, and couldn’t sleep that night.”
