While we’re waiting for the next trailer for Ant-Man’s third standalone movie, a new theatre standee has confirmed a significant character’s return to the threequel, David Dastmalchian.
However, no footage of his character has been released yet, we could possibly get to see his reveal during the next ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’ trailer.
David Dastmalchian Returns To The ‘Ant-Man’ Cast
Twitter user @TheMBrand shared an image on the theatre standee for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

The standee listed the following actors at the top:
- Paul Rudd
- Evangeline Lilly
- Jonathan Majors
- Kathryn Newton
- Bill Murray
- Michelle Pfeiffer
- Michael Douglas
David Dastmalchian is also listed in the credits, which confirms that he will return for the threequel. In case you don’t know who David is, he portrays Kurt Goreshter in both the Ant-Man movies.
You might think the actor’s return to be obvious, but here’s the thing. Speaking with Screen Rant earlier this year, the actor said that he wasn’t involved with the movie.
However, it is possible that the actor was added during the reshoots.
“It doesn’t look like it… But that’s okay. I know they’re making something incredible. I can’t wait to see what Peyton does next. He’s one of my favorite directors…He’s been so busy. I have tried to stay in touch, but he’s making an incredible film right now.“

When Does Ant-Man 3 Come Out?
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is currently set to release on February the 17th, 2023, kicking off the fifth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
