Fans of Netflix’s Ragnarok have been waiting patiently for a solid update on the third and long-anticipated season. It looks like news will potentially be dropping soon as both Netflix’s Nordic account on Instagram and Herman Tømmeraas post cryptic teases leading up to the upcoming live event from the streamer known as “TUDUM”.

Tømmeraas’ post seems to be a behind-the-scenes look at the third season of the modern telling of Nordic Mythology’s famous tale Ragnarok. He stars as Fjor alongside David Stakston’s Magne Seier aka Thor and Jonas Strand Gravli’s Laurits Seier aka Loki.

The beautiful Norwegian backdrops from what is most likely the town of Odda, Norway. This is the location where the Ragnarok series is primarily filmed in. Something that has never been kept a secret by the production’s cast and crew.

Netflix themselves also posted a cryptic update around two weeks ago via their official Nordic account on Instagram. As they captioned a Ragnarok-related post featuring no new footage with if you don’t ask about s3 “i might give you some exciting news soon”.
It’s becoming more clear than ever that an official announcement of sorts will be made relatively soon. With Netflix’s live “TUDUM” event just around the corner. It’s safe to assume that a teaser trailer or even just a release date will be provided to the fans who have been patiently waiting since Season 2 dropped on the popular streamer.
