Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury continues to uncover the cryptic plans made by a rogue group of Skrulls in the second episode of Secret Invasion. An invasion that has seemingly been in the works longer than anyone could have ever expected.
Alongside Jackson for this new episode includes fellow cast members Ben Mendelsohn who stars as Talos, Kingsley Ben-Adir as Gravik, with Olivia Colman as Sonya Falsworth, and Emilia Clarke as G’iah the daughter of Talos, among others.
Don Cheadle also reprises his role as James Rhodes aka War Machine.
Marvel Studios’ second episode of Secret Invasion gives fans classic Nick Fury as his allies all begin to doubt him, he stands tall and continues to do what he does best. Jackson’s Nick Fury has been a key player in the MCU since the very beginning and despite not being a flying superhero, he remains one of the most interesting characters.
Nick Fury has always been a mysterious character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe due to being one of the world’s best spies. Keeping secrets and mysteries unrevealed since titles that go as far back as Iron Man 2 and Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
Episode 2 of Secret Invasion begins to explore these well-kept character secrets and mysteries, with some pretty major reveals that answer long-awaited questions.
Mendelsohn gives a performance alongside Jackson in this episode that is by far the best interaction we’ve seen from them both yet. Although it may potentially be slightly difficult for all viewers to fully invest in what’s going on.
Performances from the series’ cast will at least invest you in its characters due to the impressive and captivating performances such as the above-mentioned among many others seen so far such as in the second episode of season 1.

You’re in for a fun ride in this shocking reveal-filled episode of Secret Invasion, its cast doesn’t fail to deliver the goods which is complimented by the cryptic and interesting storyline that is suggested by the title of the series.
