Pedro Pascal (The Last of Us, Game of Thrones) has officially been reported to be in talks to star as the live-action Reed Richards, leader of the Fantastic Four, for Marvel Studios’ Fantastic Four movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe – and future films such as Avengers: Secret Wars.

It didn’t take long for fan art of the Mandalorian star as Reed Richards to emerge online, not long at all as artist 21XFOUR took to social media to share an amazing piece of Pascal as the Fantastic Four leader within hours of the breaking news being shared across the web.

Deadline shared the news on November 15 that Pascal was in talks and in the middle of negotiations to star as the MCU’s Reed Richards, a role that is essential to Marvel Studios to cast first before casting the additional Fantastic Four members – along with the villain[s].

Although Pascal’s busy scheduling is noted as being a major talking point between himself and the studio, details that the deal was “headed in the right direction for Pascal to do this and his other future projects,” were shared.
Fantastic Four is scheduled to be released on May 2, 2025.
