Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse is set to be the most multiverse Marvel movie, true to its name. Venom: Let There Be Carnage featured two different universes, Spider-Man: No Way Home and Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness both featured 3 different universes.
This sequel will explore 5 different worlds, including the Hailee Steinfeld-voiced Gwen Stacy’s homeworld Earth-65, with its distinctive watercolor palette; Nueva York, the home of Oscar Isaac’s Miguel O’Hara aka Spider-Man 2099; the punky New London, inhabited by Daniel Kaluuya’s Spider-Punk; plus a secretive fifth dimension that’s being kept tightly under wraps until the movie releases.
Considering rumors of live-action cameos in the movie, it is possible that the fifth dimension is a live-action one, even better, the MCU itself!
