Just as expected, James Gunn is now firing out casting reveals for his 2025 DCU movie Superman: Legacy since he found his Clark Kent and Lois Lane.
It was only announced yesterday that The Suicide Squad and Firefly star Nathan Fillion will officially be at least one of the next live-action Green Lanterns for Gunn and Safran’s newly planned DC Universe.

Alongside Fillion’s casting came news that Edi Gathegi (X-Men: First Class) will be starring as Mr. Terrific with Isabela Merced (Transformers: The Last Knight) who will be joining the title as DC’s Hawkgirl.

Anthony Carrigan To Play DC’s Metamorpho
Anthony Carrigan, who became popular worldwide in the hit Bill Hader-led TV show Barry, has been cast as DC hero Metamorpho.
The Hollywood Reporter took to break the news that Carrigan will officially be starring as the live-action Metamorpho in Gunn’s Superman: Legacy.
It is also expected that Gunn may have plans for Carrigan to appear in several projects, however, his Superman movie is the main focus.

DC superhero Metamorpho is known to transform his body into various forms through the use of his unique abilities. Something that Gunn who loves to test the visual limits of characters in his movies is a custom to.
Carrigan will star in Superman: Legacy with fellow cast members David Corenswet who will play Clark Kent aka Superman and Rachel Brosnahan who will be joining the DCU as Lois Lane.
