The upcoming spinoff series from its predecessor The Walking Dead is set to show Daryl Dixon making his way to France without being too sure as to how he got there.
As he attempts to figure out what’s going on he must travel across an empty and apocalyptic France in the hope to find his way back home aka America.
Throughout his journey, Daryl will create connections that ultimately complicate his plan of getting home, surely both friendly and not-so-friendly.
Norman Reedus returns as Daryl Dixon in the first-ever spinoff project solely based on his character. Alongside Clémence Poésy, Adam Nagaitis, Anne Charrier, Eriq Ebouaney, Laika Blanc Francard, Romain Levi and Louis Puech Scigliuzzi.
The Walking Dead first aired in late 2010 with Reedus being involved from the very start. Now, over a decade later, his character still remains a prominent force in the franchise’s universe despite not originally being in the comics.
It’s still unclear if Daryl Dixon will be crossing paths with the sinister Civil Republic or their military the CRM during his time in France.
Fellow spinoff series World Beyond which was based on the above-mentioned Civil Republic teased the upcoming France mystery set to unfold in Daryl Dixon.
Will Daryl Dixon be able to search for his best friend Rick Grimes played by Andrew Lincoln while being halfway across the world? Fans will just have to wait and see this Fall what his full plans are on top of, of course, now being stuck in France.
