Marvel Studio’s next big Norse flick, Thor: Love and Thunder, is on its way. The movie has managed to keep a lot of secrets, with revelations of very little information. Which is much better than the leak-ridden Spider-Man: No Way Home. Now, theatres seem to be promoting the movie by displaying posters inside their building.
However, Marvel hasn’t released any posters for the fourth Thor movie yet, officially. So where are the theatre chains getting these posters? It seems to be a trend now for theatre chains to use fan-made posters to promote their upcoming movies. They recently started doing this for Spider-Man: No Way Home and seem to be continuing the new technique.
Thor: Love And Thunder Fan Poster

Where Have We Seen This Before?
While this is an unusual strategy for promoting movies, which could also create high expectations for the film. This hasn’t occurred for the first time as theatres had the same issue with No Way Home, in regards to having no posters to use.
