Wonder Man, first confirmed to be in development in June 2022, where it was confirmed that Andrew Guest would serve as head writer of the series, while Cretton would exec produce and possibly direct an episode or more.
In a post by Daniel Destin Cretton on Instagram, the Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings director confirmed that his upcoming series Wonder Man has begun filming.

The image was of Cretton holding a ColorChecker Color Rendition Chart, a tool used for color calibration while filming movies and TV shows.
We know that this post is regarding Wonder Man because Cretton mentioned Brett Pawlak, who serves as Director of Photography for the series according to his resume.
“Callback” is the working title for this series, and it will film under Ionic Productions LLC. Destin Daniel Cretton serves as the executive producer, while Andrew Guest is the showrunner/head writer. The series will feature Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (Simon Williams), Ben Kingsley (Trevor Slattery), and Demetrius Grosse (Eric Williams).
