Penelope Ann Miller is playing Reagon's wife, Nancy. The film also features Jon Voight, Mena Suvari, Kevin Dillon, David Henrie, Mark Moses, Trevor Donovan, Xander Berkeley, Dan Lauria, Amanda Righetti, C. Thomas Howell, Nick Searcy, Justin Chatwin, and Robert Davi.
Dennis Quaid's Reagan is scheduled to hit theaters on August 30, 2024.
