Legendary is currently working on a new live-action Street Fighter reboot movie, and they've just revealed an early promo poster for it.
As first reported by Collider, the poster was showcased at the Las Vegas Licensing Expo and featured a brick wall with the classic Street Fighter logo.

Alongside the logo, the posters also display the logos for Legendary Entertainment and Capcom.
This choice of logo suggests that the film aims to stay true to the original video game, which is exciting news for fans of the iconic franchise.
The project is co-directed by Danny and Michael Philippou, known for their work on Talk to Me.
Legendary Entertainment acquired the film and TV rights to Street Fighter in April 2023, leaving room for a potential tie-in series if the movie receives a positive reception.
As of now, casting details remain undisclosed, and it is yet to learn which beloved characters will grace the big screen in this reboot.
The original 1994 live-action adaptation featured Jean-Claude Van Damme as Guile and Raul Julia as the villainous M. Bison. Despite mixed critical reception, the film became a box-office success and has since gained a cult following.
In 2009, another live-action film, Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li, explored the origin story of the popular character Chun-Li.
Kristin Kreuk portrayed the titular fighter, with Neal McDonough as M. Bison and Michael Clarke Duncan as Balrog. Unfortunately, this film didn't fare well with audiences.
The Street Fighter franchise began with the original video game in 1987, but it was the sequel, Street Fighter II, released in 1991, that catapulted it to global popularity.
Known for its diverse roster of characters and unique fighting styles, the game remains one of the highest-grossing video game franchises of all time.
As fans eagerly await the reboot, they can look forward to revisiting the world of Hadoukens, Shoryukens, and epic battles on the silver screen once again.
Legendary's Street Fighter reboot film does not have a release date yet.
