Tom Six, the director behind The Human Centipede, has been trying to produce a follow-up to his controversial trilogy for five years now.
His bizarre 2009 horror revolves around a mad scientist who captures three tourists and tortures them in various ways, all before stitching their mouths to each other’s rear end.
Why? So the humans making up the tail section must eat faecal matter from the ones in front.

As you may expect, the movie was initially met with disgust among many viewers and critics alike.
However, due to its bizarre plot, it became the talk of the town, with famous South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone dedicating a full episode to parodying the movie.
Whether moviegoers have seen it or not, it’s safe to say most have at least heard about it.
Its director wants to drop his follow-up, but nobody wants to release it.
Six’s The Onania Club revolves around female characters in Los Angeles who get aroused by acts of terror.
The few who have seen it call it more controversial than his past projects.
While talking to LADbible, Six said: “It’s the ultimate satire on our time.”
“The elites, religion, Covid, Black Swan events, conspiracy theories, the Illuminati.”

Despite the movie not yet being released, he claims that those who watched it in private screenings were “blown away” while stating that “millions of fans” are still eagerly waiting to watch.
“Distributors have become the new censors,” he said.
“They ignore me, they ridicule me and they patronize me out of fear and total ignorance.”
“Millions of fans are screaming for this movie for five years now and they just don’t give a f**k.”
Six continued to open up about how instead of making more movies these past few years, he has instead had to “fight” for The Onania Club to be distributed publicly.
“Who is going to finance my films if there is no serious distributor that wants to release them? I live for making movies,” he told LADbible.
“Instead of fighting for The Onania Club for the past years, I could have made at least two more films.”
He instead shared how he is working on a “shocking tell-all documentary” that he classes as his “final hope” of getting his latest movie out there.
However, he refused to share any specific details.
“You know what they say,” he said.
“There is nothing more dangerous than a man who has nothing to lose.”
