Now that the 5th season of The Boys has wrapped filming, the final season has had fans eager for the characters’ return.

Not only will Jensen Ackles be reprising his role of Soldier Boy, who last appeared in Season 4, but other members of the CW hit series Supernatural are also joining.

Although many fans are looking forward to the outcome of Homelander vs The Boys, many are also excited for the new appearances of Supernatural stars Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins.

Alongside Ackles, the three parted ways after the 15-season series ended back in 2020.

But now television producer Eric Kripke, who created the fantasy-drama series, is bringing in cameos from Padalecki and Collins.

However, any details about who they will be playing have been tightly held under wraps.

Padalecki, 43, appeared at Fan Expo Boston, where he revealed some small details about his upcoming participation in the final series of The Boys.

“I’ll say this much — my character is very excited to meet Soldier Boy,” Padalecki teased.

In The Boys universe, Soldier Boy was the first ever Superhero; however, it soon became clear how much of an antagonist and industry plant he was in Season 3, much like that of Homelander.

Padalecki continued, It’s Episode 5 of Season 5. I think they’re putting out the first four episodes and then a little bit of time and then the final four episodes.”

For most people who have heard of the show, its violent and graphic nature is nothing new.

Yet the Supernatural star thought it best to forewarn any newcomers.

“And for those who are not yet 18, do not watch it.”

Although we know The Boys Season 5 will release in 2026, a date has yet to be confirmed.
