Nick Cannon reveals he still really wants more kids despite having 12 children already

ByVinay Sharma

Nick Cannon isn’t putting a cap on his ever-expanding family.

The Masked Singer host, already a father of 11 with six different women, made it clear he’s still open to the idea of having more children - despite some not-so-subtle nudging from his peers.

During a recent episode of We Playin’ Spades, Cannon sat down with co-host Courtney Bee and former NFL players Ryan Clark and Channing Crowder for a candid chat about fatherhood, family planning, and vasectomies.

While Clark and Crowder shared their personal decisions to undergo the procedure, Crowder didn’t hold back when pointing the spotlight at Cannon.

“There’s another man at this table that needs to think about that sh*t,” Crowder joked, prompting laughter from the group.

Cannon, never one to shy away from such talk, replied, “Feel like this is an intervention,” before acknowledging that getting a vasectomy would be “the responsible thing to do.”

Even so, he made his stance clear, “I just, I’m not done.”

The conversation grew more personal as the former athletes detailed their experiences post-surgery, and Cannon admitted feeling like he was “being judged.”

When Crowder bluntly discussed the joys of not using protection, Cannon chimed in with a grin, “You wanna leave it in.”

Courtney Bee then pressed Cannon further, asking whether future children come from one of his current partners or someone new.

“I don’t know,” he said.

“That’s the thing. I leave it to the Lord.”

Cannon’s journey as a dad began in 2011 with twins Monroe and Moroccan, now 13, with ex-wife Mariah Carey.

Since then, he’s welcomed nine more children with five other women, including Brittany Bell, Abby De La Rosa, Bre Tiesi, LaNisha Cole, and Alyssa Scott.

He and Scott also shared a son, Zen, who tragically passed away in 2021 at five months old.

Speaking with Entertainment Tonight last year, Cannon echoed a similar sentiment about divine timing.

He said at that time, “God decides when we’re done, but I believe I definitely got my hands full. And I’m so focused. I’m locked in. But when I’m 85, you never know. I might [have more].”
