Billie Eilish hit in face on stage during emotional performance as fan lobs flying object toward her

American singer-songwriter Billie Eilish was hit in the face after a fan in the audience lobbed a bracelet at her, unknowingly to the “Bad Guy” singer until it made contact.

While singing her famous Barbie movie hit “What Was I Made For?” live on stage, with her eyes closed mostly, the flying object caught her off guard.

However, she dealt with it like a pro and continued singing amid her shocked reaction, while also tossing the fan object back into the crowd with a frustrated look on her face.

Videos of the incident have already emerged online.

Close-up fans managed to capture the entire ordeal on camera, showing the bracelet making contact as well as Eilish seemingly looking at the culprit with nothing but disappointment.

Although she managed to maintain her professional composure on the stage, fans were quick to notice how the situation naturally caused her mood to shift.

Sadly, artists on stage being hit by flying objects thrown by fans is nothing new.

Florence Pugh, for example, was also hit in the face by a flying object during her promotional press tour for Dune: Part Two, in which she plays Princess Irulan.

In that particular incident, Pugh was almost brought to tears due to the weight and speed of the object while being comforted by her co-star Austin Butler, who gave quite the look at the culprit.

In response to one video (below) shared to TikTok, fans quickly expressed rage in the singer’s defence.

“She’s had so many rough nights on this tour, I genuinely hope she’s okay,” one wrote.

“That is so rude, I feel so bad,” another said.

“The way I would just scream and say ‘the concert is cancelled’ and just go home, she is too patient with these fans,” a third added.

A fourth theorised that Eilish pointing at the crowd when singing the lyric “you made me hate this city” was emotionally charged due to being hit in the face.

“She looked so disappointed.”

“I’m done with this fandom.”
