Oppenheimer actress Florence Pugh has often found that she repeatedly gets mistaken for Aquaman actress Amber Heard, which is said to have left her quite “frustrated”.
It’s no surprise that she’s left quite annoyed, given the age difference and the fact that they don’t actually look similar at all, besides maybe a similar hair colour.
Heard had received a lot of public scrutiny after the highly publicised trial with ex-husband, Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp.

According to Radar Online, an industry insider revealed that it often puts Pugh “in a difficult situation.”
Particularly after liking an Instagram post made by Depp regarding his win in court against his ex-wife.
He thanked the jury for allowing him to have his “life back” after his career and public image being on the downfall from Heard accusing him of being an abuser.
“Florence is having a bigger career than Amber ever had, but everyone knows Amber’s face because of the Johnny Depp trial,” the insider added.
“Florence is Team Johnny, which makes it more uncomfortable for when she’s mistaken for Amber.”
According to the source, when Pugh signs autographs, fans often become annoyed that she has not signed them like Amber Heard.
The age difference between the two often hurts Pugh’s pride, the insider claims.

“But even more, it hurts her pride – Amber is 10 years older than she is.”
Users on social media platform X who were in support of Heard were quick to comment on the celebrities who showed support for Depp.
“Florence Pugh just liked an Instagram pic about Johnny Depp winning…”
“Like [what the f**] kind of a world are we in?”
“Why do people think this s–t is a joke?” one wrote.
Another commented, “MISS FLORENCE PUGH?!”
“I cannot believe I ever thought she’d be the next ‘it’ girl I cannot believe this.”
Although Pugh is not the only Celebrity who came to Depps’ defence and showed support, Tom Payne, Norman Reedus, Jason Momoa, and Paris Hilton are just some of the names who stood out.
