Marvel fans, the wait is officially over. The first trailer for Daredevil: Born Again has finally dropped, and it’s everything we’ve been hoping for - and then some.
Set to premiere on Disney+ on March 4, 2025, this series marks the triumphant return of Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock/Daredevil and Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk/Kingpin.
Yes, it’s been a minute since we last saw these two face off, but judging by the first glimpse, the stakes have never been higher.
You can watch the official trailer below:
This time around, the story picks up with Matt balancing life as a blind lawyer and Hell’s Kitchen’s resident vigilante. Meanwhile, Fisk is back in the spotlight, trading crime lord chaos for political ambition.
The cast is stacked. In addition to Cox and D’Onofrio, we’re getting Jon Bernthal back as Frank Castle/The Punisher, which practically guarantees some intense, no-holds-barred showdowns.
There are new faces too - Michael Gandolfini joins the MCU as Daniel Blade, and Margarita Levieva takes on the role of Heather Glenn, a character with deep ties to Matt’s past.
Behind the scenes, the show has had quite the journey. Initially announced with 18 episodes, Daredevil: Born Again scaled back to nine after Marvel decided to tighten up the story.

Showrunner Dario Scardapane is steering the ship, with directors like Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead (known for Moon Knight) bringing their creative touch to the series.
The official trailer was released just 48 days before its premiere on Disney+, the shortest timeframe ever between an official Marvel trailer drop and a show’s release date.
The first synopsis for the show reads:
Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox), a blind lawyer with heightened abilities is fighting for justice through his bustling law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) pursues his own political endeavours in New York.
When their past identities begin to emerge, both men find themselves on an inevitable collision course.
