Jennifer Aniston has just turned 56, and fans are celebrating by sharing tributes, memorable moments, and throwback photos from her long-running career.
Despite the years passing, the Friends star still looks as youthful as ever, and many are left wondering about her secret.
After becoming a household name as Rachel Green, Aniston built a successful film career with hits like Marley & Me, Horrible Bosses, and Murder Mystery.

Lately, she’s been impressing audiences as Alex Levy on Apple TV’s The Morning Show.
Whether it’s a ’90s sitcom clip or a recent red-carpet appearance, fans can’t help but notice how little she’s changed over the years.
Aniston has been open about her approach to staying youthful, crediting both physical and mental self-care.
She considers exercise a major factor and says it makes her feel “really beautiful” because she knows she has “taken care of [her] body, [her] endorphins are going, [her] blood is pumping.”
She also prioritizes mindfulness.
In an interview with Vogue, she shared that she avoids checking her phone for at least an hour after waking up, keeping her chargers in a drawer six feet away from her bed.
She said, “The mental difference this makes impacts the whole day.”
“I have my chargers in a drawer six feet away from my bed and I have a little iPod or iPhone from 1912 that I swiped clean and strictly use for my alarms and my sleep apps.”

Aniston is selective about social media, calling it “toxic.” While she acknowledges its ability to connect people, she’s also wary of the negativity.
She added, “I understand the innocence of how it was birthed and the intention was to bring people together and create a social community.”
“And that’s lovely, but you have to take the good with the bad—that people just sit there and throw emotional knives at other people on these platforms.”
When it comes to beauty, she only promotes products she genuinely uses.
She partnered with Vital Proteins after her doctor recommended collagen supplements.
“My joints, my nails, my hair, my skin—everything just started to improve,” she shared, explaining how collagen levels drop with age and how supplementing it can make a big difference.
