Legendary actor and comedian Jim Carrey was once one of the most sought-after stars.
The A-lister had previously announced his retirement in 2022.
He told Hollywood Access, “Well, I’m retiring. Yeah, probably. I’m being fairly serious.”

“If the angels bring some sort of script that’s written in gold ink that says to me that it’s going to be really important for people to see,” he added.
“I might continue down the road, but I’m taking a break.”
His “break” now seems to be over.
He continued: “I really like my quiet life and I really like putting paint on canvas and I really love my spiritual life.”
“This is something you might never hear another celebrity say as long as time exists — I have enough.”
“I’ve done enough.”
“I am enough.”
The star’s involvement in over 40 movies, such as Ace Ventura, Liar Liar, and Dumb and Dumber, reportedly helped him gain a massive wealth of over $300 million.

Despite that, the famous actor has decided to completely overturn his decision after coming back to reprise his role as Dr. Robotnik for Sonic 3.
He recently told reporters, “I came back to this universe because, first of all, I get to play a genius, which is a bit of a stretch.”
“And, you know, it’s just … I bought a lot of stuff and I need the money, frankly.”
Fans are desperately hoping for a Grinch sequel, despite The Mask actor stating wearing,
“The make-up every day was like being buried alive,” he said while on The Graham Norton Show.
He also revealed that they hired a gentleman “who is trained to teach CIA operatives, how to endure torture.”
With today’s technology and the use of CGI/motion capture, it’s very likely that it would be a lot easier if he were to reprise his role as The Grinch.
